1. Contact form and inquiries

  1. We process data from forms (name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, message content, and in the case of wholesale inquiries also company details) for the following purposes:
    a) responding to enquiries and preparing offers - Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR (pre-contractual activities),
    b) further commercial correspondence in the matter you initiated - Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest).
  2. Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we will not respond to your inquiry.
  3. We store data for the duration of correspondence and offer preparation, but no longer than 12 months from the last contact.
  4. Data recipients: hosting and email provider (processing agreement). We do not sell your data, do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area, and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
  5. You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, object to it, transfer it and file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

2. Seasonal Recruitment (Trabajo)

  1. We process the data from the application (name and surname, telephone number, email address, citizenship or country of origin, experience) for the purpose of recruiting seasonal workers for strawberry and broad bean harvesting - Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR (pre-contractual activities).
  2. If you provide separate consent, we will also retain your submission for future seasons - Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@sauplant.pl.
  3. We store data until the end of recruitment for the current season, and if consent is given for future seasons - for no longer than 2 years.
  4. You have the rights described in point 1 above (access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

3. Cookies and visitor statistics

The sauplant.pl website uses cookies that are necessary for the website to function properly. Visitor statistics (Google Analytics) are only activated after you have provided your consent via the cookie banner – until then, analytical scripts are blocked.
