1. Contact form and offer enquiries
- We process the data from the forms (name, e-mail address, phone number, message and, for wholesale enquiries, company details) in order to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and to continue the business correspondence you started: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply.
- We keep the data for the duration of the correspondence and no longer than 12 months from the last contact.
2. Seasonal recruitment
- We process the data from your application (name, phone number, e-mail address, nationality or country of origin, experience) in order to recruit seasonal workers for the strawberry and broad bean harvest: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- If you give a separate consent, we will also keep your application for future seasons: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw the consent at any time by writing to hello@sauplant.pl.
- We keep the data until the end of the current season recruitment and, with your consent, for no longer than 2 years.
3. Your rights
We do not sell your data, we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
